Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. All items are handmade, and production typically takes 5–10 business days. Please note that bouquet orders may require more time due to their complexity. For international orders, shipping typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the destination.
We will notify you promptly if there are any delays. If you require your order urgently, please contact us at mimo@mimoartisan.com to inquire about expedited options. We will do our best to meet your deadline.
Custom Orders
We are happy to accommodate personalized and custom design requests. Please send your inquiry to mimo@mimoartisan.com. Additional fees may apply, and all orders involving custom designs are final sale and non-refundable.
Packaging
Each MIMO piece comes with its own unique packaging box. This not only protects your jewelry safely but can also be reused for creative DIY projects. Whether you’re traveling or storing your items at home, your jewelry will be protected and beautifully presented.
To reduce unnecessary waste, we provide MIMO-branded packaging boxes only upon request. All shipping boxes are recyclable.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at checkout. Payment methods accepted include PayPal and Shopify Payments, both of which are secure and reliable. You will receive an order confirmation email that includes the total amount, along with any applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees.
Taxes & Duties
Applicable taxes and duties are included in the total shipping cost by default. If you prefer to handle import taxes and duties on your own, please leave us a message when placing your order. We can adjust your shipping settings accordingly to reflect that.
For Canadian customers, HST will be applied according to your province. For customers in other countries, all applicable local taxes, VAT, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise arranged.

MIMO's handcrafted pieces are made using premium materials such as high-grade silk, 100% Egyptian cotton, rust-resistant mesh, eco-friendly paper, as well as ebony wood, natural bamboo, and medical-grade rust-resistant stainless steel for hairpins. All earrings and brooches are crafted with 999 silver medical-grade stainless steel. Our metal finishes are low-nickel and hypoallergenic, suitable for most skin types.
To protect your jewelry, please store items in their original jewelry pouch or box when not in use. Avoid contact with water, oil, fire, and abrasive surfaces. Handle delicate parts (such as ebony, bamboo, and stainless steel) with care while wearing. Every MIMO piece is designed and handcrafted—please preserve it thoughtfully.
