Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. All items are handmade, and production typically takes 5–10 business days. Please note that bouquet orders may require more time due to their complexity. For international orders, shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the destination.
We will notify you promptly if there are any delays. If you require your order urgently, please contact us at mimo@mimoartisan.com to inquire about expedited options. We will do our best to meet your deadline.
Custom Orders
We are happy to accommodate personalized and custom design requests. Please send your inquiry to mimo@mimoartisan.com. Additional fees may apply, and all orders involving custom designs are final sale and non-refundable.
Packaging
Each MIMO piece is packed with care to help it arrive safely.
To reduce unnecessary waste, MIMO-branded gift boxes are available upon request. Orders are otherwise shipped in protective packaging suitable for safe delivery. Our outer shipping boxes are recyclable whenever possible.
If you would like gift-ready packaging, you’re welcome to leave us a note at checkout.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at checkout. Payment methods accepted include PayPal and Shopify Payments, both of which are secure and reliable. You will receive an order confirmation email that includes the total amount, along with any applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees.
Taxes & Duties
For most international orders, we do our best to include applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs-related charges in the shipping cost whenever possible.
However, customs policies and local regulations may change without notice. In some cases, additional charges may still apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Materials & Care
MIMO pieces are handmade using carefully selected materials that may vary depending on the design. Specific materials are listed on each product page whenever applicable.
Many pieces are made with fine thread, metal findings, and other delicate components chosen for both beauty and everyday wear. Some designs may also include natural or specialty materials depending on the collection.
To help preserve your piece, we recommend storing it in a dry place when not in use and keeping it away from water, perfume, oil, fire, and abrasive surfaces. Please handle all delicate handmade details with care.
