RETURN POLICY
All MIMO heritage jewelry pieces are meticulously handcrafted by our dedicated team members. We pour our utmost care and devotion into every creation. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please refer to the following guidelines:
- If you find any quality issues with items purchased online, please contact us immediately for a return or refund.
- We accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged in their original, unused condition. To be eligible, you must provide video evidence within one day of receiving the item, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality.
- Please note that all our products are handmade, so there may be slight thread marks or other minor imperfections. Perfectionists or those concerned with such details should refrain from purchasing.
- All customized items and discounted/promotional products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges—this includes all items purchased with a discount code [unless there is a quality issue].

- For your safety, place the item back in its original box, secure the packaging, and use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- All shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days through your original payment method (minus the original shipping costs if applicable).
