At MIMO, we’re aiming to provide you with the best quality products and worry-free customer services. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy to guarantee 100% satisfaction.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.

For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included. Otherwise, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

If you apply for a return for reasons other than seller error (e.g., you changed your mind or don't like the product), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will inform you of the possible costs in advance.
⚠️ Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Non-Refundable Items

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

No refunds will be issued if the jewelry or packaging is worn, damaged, or altered. Such items will be returned to you at your expense.
Refund
MIMO will refund the return shipping fee (based on actual cost) when a return is required and one of the following applies:

You received the wrong product.

The goods are damaged, defective, or have other quality problems.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned package. You may choose either to receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping charges before discounts are non-refundable.
Even if you received free or discounted shipping, MIMO incurs real shipping costs, which are not refunded.
Remote area delivery surcharges (if applicable) are also non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at mimo@mimoartisan.com.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Return address will be provided upon approval of return request.
