Once we receive your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. The handmade production time is 5-10 days, and the delivery time for international orders is 2-4 weeks. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly. If you need your order urgently, please contact us via our contact form to inquire about expedited shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadlines.

Custom Orders
We will accommodate design customization requests as much as possible. Please send your inquiry through our contact form. Additional fees may apply, and all sales involving customization are final.

Packaging
Every MIMO product comes with its own solid wood box. This box not only provides secure storage for your cherished jewelry but can also be repurposed for DIY projects. No matter where your journey takes you, your jewelry will remain safe and intact.

To avoid over-packaging our products, we only provide branded MIMO boxes upon request. All shipping boxes are recyclable.

Payment
All prices are listed and charged in USD, depending on your location. We accept PayPal or Shopify Payments for transactions. Both methods are secure. You will receive an order confirmation via email that includes the total amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees).

Taxes
Canadian customers will be charged HST based on their provincial tax rate. U.S. and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties imposed by their respective countries.

Materials
MIMO heritage crafts are handmade from premium silk, tarnish-resistant brass, eco-friendly paper, and hair sticks made from ebony wood, natural bamboo, and tarnish-resistant surgical stainless steel. All earring and brooch posts are made of surgical stainless steel. Our metals are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for most people.

To protect your jewelry, store it in its packaging when not in use. Avoid contact with water, oil, fire, and abrasion. When wearing, please handle the main components [ebony wood, natural bamboo, and tarnish-resistant surgical stainless steel] with care. When not in use, be sure to store it in a jewelry box or dust-proof jewelry bag. Every piece is meticulously designed and handcrafted, so please take good care of it.
