Return & Refund Policy

At MIMO, each piece is carefully handmade with close attention to detail. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at mimo@mimoartisan.com or submit a return request through your customer account before sending anything back. Please do not send items back without an approved return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MIMO is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, free items, custom orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We will review the case and do our best to make it right.

Handmade Variation

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in shape, thread placement, color, or finish are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a confirmed issue with the item.
