RETURN POLICY

At MIMO, each piece is carefully handmade with close attention to detail. If there is a problem with your order, we’re always happy to help.

Returns
We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please submit a return request through your customer account or contact us before sending anything back. Please do not send items back without an approved return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in its original condition
- returned with its original packaging whenever possible

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MIMO is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Final sale items
Items marked as final sale, as well as items included in our Final Sale collection, are not eligible for return.

Digital products, free items, and custom orders are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We’ll review the case and do our best to make it right.

Handmade variation
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in shape, thread placement, or finish are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a confirmed issue with the item.
